Best Buys-Easter
An easy second best to Christmas but magical nonetheless! Easter is a special time for little ones to make memories of love and laughter. While we love doing the traditional chocolate egg hunt for out little people, we do also give them each a special easter package each year. This package includes, books, pyjamas and easter themed activitieto complete in the lead up to Easter Sunday. Like our Christmas books, our easter collection gets put away each year and brought out only for the month of Easter. Instead of buying one new book each year i bought 10 of my favourites and my children get to enjoy them all each and every year!
Below i have listed some of our favourite Easter products.

Book of Bunny Farts
Have you ever wondered how the Easter Bunny manages to deliver all of those eggs? Well, he eats. A lot. Eating that much gives him energy, but it also means he farts a lot, too. In this hilarious book, the Easter Bunny explains all the different kinds of Easter farts bunnies release.
Pop up Peter Rabbit book
Peter Rabbit and his friends love Easter, and this year the race is on to find as many Easter eggs as possible. There are lots of fun flaps to lift and pops to discover in this playful eggstravaganza!
Children can lift the giant flaps to reveal Peter Rabbit's burrow, then help Peter to pull up some radishes and turnips before Mr. McGregor catches him! Next they can help Jemima Puddle-duck to find her naughty little ducklings, and join Peter and his friends to find the ten hidden Easter eggs!
We’re going on an EGG hunt
This is one of Maisie’s favourite books. She makes us read it year round. It’s an easy read for parents so i don’t mind! Little ones can lift flaps on each page and count the easter eggs as they find them!
Don’t need pjs? What about a robe?
Keep your little one warm pre and post bath time with this novelty Bunny Robe from Sheridan. The supremely soft and cosy robe features a bunny rabbit hood, making it the cutest little addition to that early morning easter egg hunt! We like to buy good quality soft robes and size up which gives us 2 years wear!
Musical egg shakers
Another fun chocolate-free hunting option.
If you buy one thing, buy this!
We have a bunch of these Hey Doodle mats! We use them constantly, especially when travelling or eating out. They are incredible well designed and fold up super small which is great for the nappy bag or hand bag. Basically it is a silicone colouring in page that wipes clean with a baby wipe, so you can use it time and time again! The number one has eggs to search for, count and find making it a perfect Easter gift!
Freeze & Bake pods
Involve your little one in the kitchen and make some bunny shaped treats this easter! This tray can be used for baking or freezing and comes with a handy lid! I can’t wait to make some bunny shaped muffins!
Mini bake and freeze
This is the same as above, but mini! If you have a little one getting ready to start solids this is the freezer puree tray i most recommend. It cames with a lid, stacks nicely in the freezer, but most importanty it can be used as a mini muffin baking mould as your child grows!!!
Fillable eggs
36 fillable eggs for 15 bucks! We got a set of these 3 years ago and we’ll probably use them until the kids are grown! We will them with dried fruit ect and the kids love to hunt for them! We actually play with these year round as Maisie loves to put things inside, use them for floating sinking games and colour matching activities. We even use them as paint stamps to make circles.
Jumbo eggs
Same as above but XXL!
Little one learning numbers?
I love any kind of matching egg set because you can use them for role play cooking/shopping as well. This set comes with numbers to match but also simple arithmetic signs such as the addition symbol you you could easily use these to teach your little one to solve basic number sentences!
Baby chick cup
This little silicone cup from The Somewhere Co features a super soft straw, perfect for babies. The straw is also non weighted which i love because you can use the cup for milk or smoothies without having to worry about it being a hassle to clean! It can be used with or without the lid.
