Sight word swat
So your child’s teacher gave you a little print out of sight words to practise at home but you’re struggling to get your child to engage. Make learning to read fun and interactive by chucking out that paper list and opening up this fun game! Kids love to hit things…. ain’t that the truth! They will be so much more engaged and excited to learn with this cute fly swat game.
Engineering toy
If you’ve never heard the term ‘STEM’ you likely don’t work in a school. Basically STEM is short from Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Research shows children with competency in these areas will be most likely to succeed in future occupations. Most of the careers your children will go into as adults haven’t even been invented yet! A focus on STEM, critical thinking and innovation will help them to adapt to the ever changing world. This toy builds on all 3 of these skills.
Numberblocks 11-30 game
An extension pack to the original 1-10 game (in the Preschool guide). Each of the set’s 30 Numberblocks maths learning activities are related to selected episodes and bring a new dimension to exploring and mastering early maths skills. This is one of Maisie’s all time favourite shows and she LOVES these games!
Interactive Globe
Another one of Maisie’s fourth birthday presents. Children can tap on the globe with the stylus to explore and learn fun facts about countries, animals and geology through exciting videos. They can also explore countries and capitals, as well as learn about cultures, animals and habitats. Older children can play the Quiz Show game with a friend and find different countries, landmarks, animals and places around the world.
